What is a Chocolate Wrapper Bar?
A chocolate bar wrapper is a replacement label that you can add to a store-bought a chocolate bar. Often the labels are personalized for an event.
How Do I Personalize My Chocolate Bar Wrapper?
Each of our Chocolate Bar Wrappers is available in our Party Supplies Creator. This tool will enable you to edit your label online and then download the finished product.
What Chocolate Bars should I use with my Custom Chocolate Bar Wrappers?
There are many chocolate bars that you can use with these templates. We recommend the following varieties.
Aldi Choceur minibars
HERSHEY’S ® 1.55oz chocolate bar
HERSHEY’S ® 1.55oz Cookies ‘n’ Creme
NESTLES Crunch ® 1.55oz chocolate
With the Aldi and Crunch chocolate bar, you can remove the original branding and they are left in a silver or gold foil.
What size are the Chocolate Wrappers?
Our wrappers are all 4″ x 6″. This size is perfect for the Aldi bars and can easily be printed at a photoshop. This size will also work for the HERSHEY Bars but they may require a very small trim.
How Do I Print Personalized Chocolate Bar Wrappers?
It is perfectly fine to print the custom wrapper using your home printer. They will work on both inkjet and laser printers. If your budget allows, you can also print the wrappers at Officeworks or at a professional print shop.
As most of the bars I create are being eaten by children, I do not worry about professional printing as it is an added expense and the kids do not notice any difference in the quality.
What Type of Paper Should I use?
Our labels are all 4″ x 6″ and you can print them at a photoshop for around ten cents. Alternatively, you can just print them at home on regular or photo paper. A glossy photo paper will give the bars a professional, shiny finish.
How do I seal the Wrapper at the back?
I find it easiest to seal the wrappers at the back using double-sided tape. You can also use glue if you do not have any double-sided tape available.
